Free Drink offer terms and conditions

By participating in this offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Offer Description
    Eligible individuals who sign up through Magdaleña’s website to receive email communications, and who opt in to receive SMS messages if applicable, may receive one (1) promotional voucher redeemable for one (1) free drink from Magdaleña after Magdaleña’s official grand opening.

  2. Delivery of Offer
    The free drink voucher will be delivered by email after Magdaleña’s official grand opening. The grand opening date has not yet been scheduled. Voucher delivery timing may vary.

  3. Eligibility
    This offer is open only to individuals who:

    • submit the required signup form through Magdaleña’s website,

    • provide a valid email address, and

    • meet any eligibility requirements stated in the promotional materials.

    Limit one (1) free drink voucher per person and per email address unless otherwise stated by Magdaleña.

  4. Redemption Requirements
    The voucher must be presented at participating Magdaleña locations, if applicable, at the time of redemption. Magdaleña reserves the right to require verification of identity, email address, phone number, or offer eligibility before honoring the voucher.

  5. Voucher Restrictions
    Unless otherwise stated in the voucher itself:

    • valid for one-time use only,

    • no cash value,

    • not redeemable for cash or credit,

    • non-transferable,

    • not for resale,

    • may not be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons,

    • valid only during the redemption period stated in the voucher,

    • valid only while supplies, product availability, and participating inventory last.

  6. Drink Limitations
    The free drink applies only to select beverage items designated by Magdaleña. Exclusions may apply, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, premium beverages, limited-time offerings, add-ons, modifiers, gratuity, tax, and third-party delivery orders, unless expressly stated otherwise in the voucher.

  7. Expiration
    The voucher will expire on the date stated in the email or voucher. If no expiration date is stated, Magdaleña reserves the right to determine the redemption window in its sole discretion.

  8. No Guarantee of Availability
    Submission of the signup form does not guarantee receipt, delivery, or successful redemption of the voucher. Magdaleña is not responsible for:

    • incorrect or incomplete contact information,

    • bounced or blocked emails,

    • spam filter issues,

    • technical failures,

    • delayed delivery,

    • lost, deleted, or misdirected messages.

  9. Fraud / Abuse
    Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of vouchers, use multiple identities or email addresses, use automated methods, or otherwise abuse the offer may result in disqualification, cancellation of vouchers, and restriction from future promotions, in Magdaleña’s sole discretion.

    Magdaleña reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time, with or without notice, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
